Locate the black box on the machine.

Remove the 2 yellow capped wing nuts from the wheel bracket (1 wing nut on each side).

The bracket is now disconnected from the tank.

Turn the key at the top of the black box to remove the box from the machine. Lift the black box from the machine and lay upright to expose the vacuum motor.

Locate the vacuum motor.

Using an 11mm socket wrench, remove the 3 bolts holding the vacuum motor to the black box.

Locate the black wire and disconnect it from the white wire at the connector.

Locate the black wire that goes to the control panel and pull the wire connector to disconnect it.

Pull the black cover off the vacuum motor.
|

Pull the vacuum motor gently to remove it from the machine.

|
Using a flat tip screwdriver, loosen the hose clamp on the vacuum hose.

Pull to remove the vacuum hose.

The vacuum motor is now free from the machine. Reverse the process to install a new vacuum motor.
